Saluda River on Sunday Afternoon - July 31, 2011

Ron and Angela floated the lower Saluda River last Sunday and enjoyed the experience.  Little sit-on-top kayaks are very forgiving and just may be the perfect summertime boats.  When the temperature hits 100 degrees, the Saluda River is a natural air conditioner.  The air on the water is 10 degrees cooler, and if that is still too hot, just take a dip.  That is guaranteed to cool you down.  Here’s a few pictures from that day:
